All prices listed on this Site are in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges, taxes, or other applicable fees may be added to your total order value at checkout or as communicated during order confirmation.

Prices may be changed at the discretion of the Publishing House without prior notice.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges are available only for physical books that are received in damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, provided the request is made within 7 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange, the book must be unused, unread, and returned in its original condition and packaging, along with proof of purchase. Books that show signs of use, reading, handling damage, writing, folding, stains, or any other condition not caused by the Publishing House will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Digital products, downloadable materials, customised print orders, personalised publications, and services already completed are non-refundable.

The Publishing House reserves the right to approve or reject any return, refund, or exchange request after reviewing the condition of the product and the nature of the request.

You agree not to use this Site for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive purpose.
